ROLE: Deliver best-in-class customer-first experiences that elevates the student experience in sport, spirit, and achievement. Define, strategize and execute UX strategies, applying expertise in research techniques, user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and user testing. Responsible for seamless digital experiences of internal and customer-facing products and services.

ROLE: Led user experience strategies, user research and lean design integration of Global HR Service's digital platform and the employee resource management process. UX oversight of Kforce's UX design team delivering best in class UX design of an internal tool used by field technicians.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Increased cost savings of AT&T's Global HR Services programs through the implementation of UX strategies and design thinking methods impacting 280,000 employees.

  • Increased user efficiencies of 40,000 customer facing field technicians by delivering intuitive mobile application solutions using design thinking methodologies.
